Ingredients of this Gluten Free Mango Bread
This recipe of gluten free mango bread uses gluten-free flour and you can easily get this flour on online grocery delivery websites or from your nearest Food Hall. If you want this recipe to be extra healthy, you can use extra virgin coconut oil and I am sure you’ll like the results.

Other Gluten Free desserts
I respect the fact that most of my readers do like gluten-free desserts and for you guys, I have other gluten-free desserts that are as easy and as delicious as this gluten-free mango bread.
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 cup mango puree
- 3 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 cups mangos, diced
- ½ cup walnuts, crushed
- For the topping
- roasted coconut
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a large loaf tin. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, oil, eggs, mango puree
andvanilla extract. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the diced mango, shredded coconut andcrushed walnuts.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the
centrecomes out clean.
- Top with toasted coconut.
