INGREDIENT USED IN MAKING 4 INGREDIENTS MANGO PANEER CHEESECAKE

  • Paneer

Paneer is a fresh, non-melting cheese common in Indian cuisine. In the context of Mango Paneer Cheesecake, paneer serves as a primary structural component of the cheesecake filling. It imparts a mild, creamy flavor that complements the sweet and tangy taste of mango without overpowering it. Paneer helps create a dense and firm body for the cheesecake, allowing it to hold its shape well.

  • Mango

Mango is a key ingredient that brings a tropical, fruity element to the cheesecake. Mango adds a sweet, juicy, and slightly tangy flavor, which is the star taste in this cheesecake. Depending on the ripeness and type of mango used, it can contribute natural sweetness, reducing the need for additional sugar.

  • Icing sugar

Icing sugar, also known as powdered sugar or confectioners’ sugar, is used in the filling. Provides sweetness to balance the tanginess of the paneer and the fruitiness of the mango. Due to its fine texture, icing sugar dissolves quickly and completely, ensuring a smooth filling without any graininess. I have used Uttam icing sugar in this recipe.

  • Milk

Milk is often used in the cheesecake filling to adjust the consistency and assist in blending the ingredients smoothly. Adds creaminess and helps achieve the desired consistency for the cheesecake filling. I use Nestle milk in my recipes. It ensures that the paneer blends smoothly with other ingredients.  A small amount of milk can help bind the ingredients together, ensuring a cohesive mixture. Prevents the cheesecake from becoming too dense and dry by adding moisture.
