EGGLESS NUTELLA STUFFED COOKIE IN MICROWAVE

Made with simple pantry ingredients, this soft and chewy cookie is packed with deep cocoa flavor and a molten Nutella center. INGREDIENTS USED IN NUTELLA STUFFED COOKIE

  • NUTELLA

The Nutella filling stays molten and creamy, creating a delicious contrast to the slightly chewy cookie exterior. As you break into the cookie, the warm, flowing Nutella makes every bite extra indulgent.

  • BUTTER

The butter ensures the cookie remains rich and tender, preventing it from becoming dry in the microwave. It also enhances the overall flavor, making the cookie taste buttery and decadent.

  • SUGAR

The sugar not only sweetens the dough but also helps with caramelization, giving the cookie a slight crispness on the edges while keeping the center soft. The balance of sweetness is just right to let the chocolate shine.

  • ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

The all-purpose flour acts as the base, providing structure while keeping the cookie light and soft. It absorbs the moisture from the other ingredients, helping to create the perfect dough consistency.

  • COCOA POWDER

  • MILK

EQUIPMENT USED IN MAKING EGGLESS NUTELLA STUFFED COOKIE IN MICROWAVE

The kind of equipment you use when you’re baking makes a huge difference to the end result! I would recommend you to use good quality mixing bowls and other equipment so that your marble cookies come out delicious!

To mix all my ingredients together in, I’m using Borosil’s 100% Borosilicate Glass Bowl  which makes my baking process totally hassle free!

Not a single day goes in my kitchen when I don’t use a Silicon Spatula, this is the one I recommend. Same goes for my set of Measuring Cups and Measuring Spoons.

TIPS TO MAKE NUTELLA STUFFED COOKIE IN MICROWAVE

  1. Freeze small dollops of Nutella for 10-15 minutes before stuffing the cookie. This prevents it from spreading too much while microwaving, keeping the center gooey.
  2. Make sure the butter is soft but not melted. Melted butter can make the dough too runny, affecting the texture of the cookie.
  3. Mix just until the ingredients are combined. Overmixing can lead to a tough cookie instead of a soft and chewy one.
  4. If the dough feels too dry, add a few extra drops of milk. The consistency should be soft and easy to shape, but not sticky.
  5. Press the dough into a small disc, place the Nutella in the center, and then gently wrap the dough around it. This helps ensure even cooking.
  6. The cookie will continue to cook from residual heat. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes before eating to allow the texture to set properly.
  7. This cookie is best eaten warm when the Nutella is still melty and gooey. Since it’s microwave-made, it’s not meant for long storage—just make and enjoy instantly!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp milk
  • Milk and dark chocolate chips to top
Instructions
  1. Add 1 tbsp of Nutella on parchment paper and freeze it for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl add softened butter and sugar and whisk it well till it’s light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and milk. Combine everything properly to form a smooth cookie dough.
  4. ⁠Now stuff the dough with frozen nutella inside it and shape it into a round cookie .
  5. ⁠Place the cookie on a parchment paper and keep it on a microwave safe plate.
  6. ⁠Further garnish it with Milk and dark chocolate chips.
  7. ⁠Microwave the cookie for 60 seconds and enjoy.
