STRAWBERRY JELLY
“The strawberry jelly is the star of this jelly custard trifle, adding a vibrant, fruity base that’s both playful and refreshing. Layered in trifle jars, the jelly not only brings a pop of color but also a burst of nostalgia, making this dessert a perfect centerpiece for parties and celebrations. I have used this jelly .
SUGAR
Sugar in the custard plays a crucial role in balancing the flavors and enhancing the creamy texture. It adds just the right amount of sweetness to complement the fruity tang of the strawberry jelly, creating a harmonious blend of flavors in the trifle. The sugar also helps the custard set smoothly, ensuring every layer is indulgently rich and satisfying.
MILK
“Milk is the heart of the custard, providing its creamy base and silky texture. It adds a mild richness that balances the sweetness of the sugar and the fruity brightness of the strawberry jelly.
CUSTARD POWDER
Custard powder is the key ingredient that gives the custard its signature creamy texture and subtle vanilla flavor. When mixed with milk and sugar, it thickens beautifully, creating a smooth and velvety layer that perfectly complements the fruity strawberry jelly.
