MANGO FRAPPE

When the heat is relentless, this mango frappe is my go-to escape in a glass. It starts with juicy, sun-ripened mangoes blended into a smooth, golden purée. A generous drizzle of condensed milk adds a rich, velvety sweetness, while chilled milk brings it all together with a creamy finish. Then comes the magic — a heap of ice, crushed and blended until the whole thing becomes an icy, dreamy slush that cools you down from the very first sip. It’s indulgent yet refreshing, tropical yet comforting. Every sip is like a mini-vacation, where the sweetness of mango meets the richness of milk and the chill of crushed ice. The ultimate summer treat to beat the heat — no fancy ingredients, just pure mango magic.”

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT THIS

  • Fresh and fruity

INGREDIENTS USED IN MANGO FRAPPE

  • MANGO

This mango frappe puts mango front and center — no flavorings, no shortcuts. Just real, ripe mangoes blended into a smooth purée, giving the drink its vibrant color and naturally sweet, tropical flavor. Combined with creamy milk, a touch of condensed milk, and lots of ice, the mango does all the talking — refreshing, fruity, and irresistibly summery. It’s not just a frappe with mango; it’s a frappe because of mango.

  • CONDENSED MILK

This mango frappe is made with fresh mango, condensed milk, regular milk, and lots of ice. The mango gives it a fruity, tropical flavor, while the condensed milk adds sweetness and creaminess. It’s cold, refreshing, and perfect for hot days.

  • MILK

Milk adds a smooth, creamy base to this mango frappe. It blends perfectly with the sweetness of mango and condensed milk, making the drink rich, refreshing, and satisfying. Just the right balance to cool down on a hot day.

  • ICE

Ice is what makes this mango frappe extra refreshing. Blended with mango, milk, and condensed milk, it turns everything into a frosty, slushy drink that’s perfect for beating the heat.

TIPS TO MAKE MANGO FRAPPE

  1. Use ripe, sweet mangoes – Choose juicy, flavorful mangoes like Alphonso or Kesar for the best taste.
  2. Chill your ingredients – Use cold milk and chilled mango chunks to keep the frappe icy cold without diluting it too much.
  3. Adjust sweetness – Add condensed milk gradually and taste as you go. Ripe mangoes might not need much.
  4. Blend well – Blend until smooth and slushy. For an extra creamy texture, blend a little longer.
  5. Add crushed ice last – If your blender isn’t very powerful, crush the ice first so it blends more easily.
  6. Serve immediately – Mango frappe is best served fresh, when it’s thick and cold.
