The bright, yellowish-orange color of mango make the ice-cream visually appealing, adding to the overall enjoyment. mango boosts the nutritional quotient offering health benefits such as improved digestion, immune support and skin health when consumed in moderation.
YOGURT
Yogurt provides a thick, creamy texture that forms the base of the ice cream. Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium and probiotics which are beneficial for gut health. When frozen, the yogurt remains firm enough to be coated in chocolate without falling apart. Yogurt has a naturally cooling effect which enhances the refreshing quality of the dessert, making it especially enjoyable on warm days.
HONEY
Honey is a natural sweetener with various health benefits including antioxidants and antibacterial properties. Adding honey to the magnum bars not only enhances their flavour but also boosts their nutritional profile. Honey helps retain moisture in the yogurt mixture, preventing the ice cream from becoming too icy when frozen. This ensures that the ice cream remain creamy and smooth inside.

Milk provides the necessary liquid to help blend everything into a smooth consistency. It adds protein, calcium and (if dairy) vitamin B12, helping turn the smoothie into a more complete snack or meal replacement. Milk provides the foundational richness and creamy texture that makes this dessert so delightful.
