One of the food items that took this year by a storm was healthy, easy, and super quick berry smoothies! And of course, how could I not do one of these utterly delicious smoothies?
Now, berry smoothies are not only healthy as they are full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, but they are also super delicious and super duper easy to whip up. Practically effortless to the utmost level. Just take out those frozen berries, blend them, and voila!
You can choose to add so many toppings to these from chia seeds to other fruit toppings like mango or grapes. If you are indifferent towards the healthy quotient, just add some chocolate chips and you’ll love it even more, haha.
These smoothies also make the perfect breakfast and I remember having these as my first meal for the dat for a long, long time!

- 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
