TIPS TO MAKE TENDER COCONUT ICE CREAM
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference. While some recipes call for sweetened condensed milk, you can also use other sweeteners like sugar, honey, or maple syrup. Taste the mixture before freezing and adjust accordingly.

- ¾ cup condensed milk
- In a blender jar add coconut flesh, desiccated coconut, milk powder, fresh cream and condensed milk.
- Blend everything till a smooth, lump free texture is achieved.
- Take a silicon ice cube tray and pour the kulfi mixture, cover it with foil and add sticks in the middle.
- Freeze it for 6-7 hours or overnight.
- Once set, demould the ice cream and enjoy
