In my house, you know it’s summer when mum starts making this mango milk shake almost every morning. Everyone in the house love it! It’s so yum and refreshing. While mum usually adds sugar to the milkshake, I told her to try using maple syrup instead of sugar. She made one big batch using 100% pure Canadian maple syrup today and it was SO good. I loved the color, so I decided to take pictures of it. Now that I have pictures, I also took the recipe from mum to share it with y’all. Nothing fancy here, just a delicious easy to make milkshake. - Pulp of two large mangoes
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup 100% pure Canadian maple syrup
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve cooled
- If you’re feeling indulgent, serve with a scoop of ice-cream.
