PEANUT BUTTER
peanut butter serves as the star ingredient, imparting its rich, nutty flavor and creamy texture. It adds depth and protein to the smoothie, making it more filling and satisfying. The peanut butter I used is linked here.
BANANA
Banana plays a crucial role in a peanut butter smoothie, contributing both sweetness and creaminess to the blend. Bananas add natural sweetness, reducing the need for additional sweeteners in the smoothie. They also lend a creamy texture, helping to achieve that velvety consistency that makes smoothies so enjoyable.
OATS
Oats are often added to peanut butter smoothies for their nutritional benefits and texture-enhancing properties. When blended into a smoothie, oats contribute a creamy and thick consistency, making the smoothie more filling and satisfying.
MILK
Milk is a common ingredient in peanut butter smoothies, serving multiple purposes. Firstly, it adds creaminess and richness to the smoothie, enhancing its texture and mouthfeel. Milk also helps to blend all the ingredients together smoothly. I use Nestle milk for my recipes.

TIPS TO MAKE HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE
