PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp Pintola high protein chocolate peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Add the banana, oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter and milk in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
  2. ⁠Pour in your favourite glass and enjoy chilled.
