I love Lemon Tarts. I simply love them. I also love how, as a baker, I can use lemon in so many different ways and with so many ingredients and the versatility of the fruit is unquestionable and that is why I present this recipe of the Deconstructed Lemon Tart.
Why ‘Deconstructed’ Lemon Tart, you may ask. One look at the picture of this dessert and I am sure you’ll understand how evident it is.
This Deconstructed Lemon Tart is for all you guys out there who can’t get themselves to go about the normal baking routine of making a tart in a pan and the ones who simply don’t want a huge lemon tart lying in their fridge. This recipe of Deconstructed Lemon Tart can easily be made in decorative glasses, rather martini glasses, as I have done. It also helps you save a lot of time and effort!
