Take a large sieve over a bowl and lay a muslin cloth on it. Pour the yogurt into it and let it hang for 40-45 mins till all the water is drained and you are left with 1+1/2 cups of yogurt.
Take a bowl and add hung curd, honey, cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts. Mix it well till everything is nicely combined.
Now lay parchment paper on a tray and scoop out equal portions on chocolate yogurt mix . Freeze them for about 5-6 hours.
Meanwhile, take chocolate and oil and melt it in a microwave at 30 seconds interval till completely melted .
Once the chocolate has cooled a bit, dip the frozen clusters carefully into it and coat evenly from all sides and add chopped hazelnuts on top as well.
Freeze again until chocolate sets completely.
