LOTUS BISCOFF MCFLURRY AT HOME
 
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup whipping cream, chilled
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup (100g)condensed milk
  • 6 Biscoff biscuits
  • 3-4 tbsp Biscoff spread
Instructions
  1. Pour whipping cream into a bowl and add vanilla extract. Beat the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. ⁠Add condensed milk and beat again until well combined.
  3. ⁠Transfer this mixture into a dish and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  4. ⁠Remove from the freezer and crush Biscoff biscuits into the mixture and drizzle Biscoff spread over it.
  5. ⁠Using a spoon, mix the Biscoff spread and crushed biscuits into the cream.
  6. ⁠Scoop the McFlurry into a glass and garnish with additional Biscoff biscuits and spread.
