Start by crushing digestive biscuits in a blender and mix them with melted butter.
Press the biscuit mixture onto the base of two ramekins.
For the filling, crumble the paneer with your hands. In a blender, add the crumbled paneer, mango chunks, milk, and icing sugar. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Pour the filling over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Garnish the cheesecake with mango puree on top and serve chilled.
