Start by soaking 10 deseeded dates in warm water for 15-20 minutes or until soft and mushy.
Begin by placing soaked dates, cocoa powder, milk, and cream into a mixer grinder jar.
Blend the ingredients until a smooth batter forms, ensuring the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Transfer the blended mixture into a silicone mould/ice cube tray and freeze it for 8 hours or until its completely frozen.
Once completely frozen remove the solidified mixture from the mould and place these cubes into a mixer grinder and pulse them until a creamy ice cream consistency is achieved.
