CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
 
 
Ingredients
  • 10 dates, deseeded
  • 1+1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1+1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Start by soaking 10 deseeded dates in warm water for 15-20 minutes or until soft and mushy.
  2. Begin by placing soaked dates, cocoa powder, milk, and cream into a mixer grinder jar.
  3. Blend the ingredients until a smooth batter forms, ensuring the mixture is thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the blended mixture into a silicone mould/ice cube tray and freeze it for 8 hours or until its completely frozen.
  5. Once completely frozen remove the solidified mixture from the mould and place these cubes into a mixer grinder and pulse them until a creamy ice cream consistency is achieved.
