3-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup natural creamy unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Line a cupcake tray with paper liners. This recipes makes 6 peanut butter cups.
  2. ⁠In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined. The consistency will be thick ,like dough. Set aside.
  3. ⁠Melt the chocolate on double boiler. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place it over a saucepan with simmering water. Alternatively, melt it in microwave giving it a good mix after 30 seconds intervals.
  4. ⁠Using a spoon, pour melted chocolate on the base of each liner.
  5. ⁠Once the bottom layer is set, take about 1 tablespoon peanut butter mixture and form a ball that is smaller than the mould.
  6. ⁠Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer till it is evenly spread on the top.
  7. ⁠Let these cups refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until set.
