For mango & coconut jelly- begin by preparing mango jelly and coconut jelly. Take 1 and ½ cups of mango juice in a saucepan and add 1 teaspoon of agar agar. Bring the mixture to a boil, then pour it into a flat pan. Allow it to set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or until firm. Repeat the same process for the coconut jelly.
For the sago pearls- take 1 cup soaked sago pearls and boil them in water for 8-10 mins or until they start to look translucent.
For the mango milk- in a blender, add chunks of 2 medium sized mangoes and milk. Blend them together to form a smooth mixture.
For assembly- In a large bowl, add mango jelly, coconut jelly, boiled sago pearls, mango chunks, condensed milk and mango milk. Combine everything together and serve chilled.
