PINA COLADA CHIA PUDDING
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • This recipe serves 2 people
Instructions
  1. In a blender jar add pineapple chunks, honey and coconut milk. In case you want, you can also use regular milk instead of coconut milk.
  2. ⁠Blend till a smooth consistency is achieved.
  3. ⁠Transfer the mix into your serving dish and add chia seeds.
  4. ⁠Refrigerate for 3-4 hours/overnight or until the pudding thickens and reaches the desired consistency.
  5. ⁠Once the chia pudding has thickened, serve it in a glass with pineapple chunks and toasted coconut.
