APPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 4 apples
  • 1+ ½ cup dark chocolate (250 grams)
Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling and chopping the apples into small chunks.
  2. Boil these apple chunks for at least 15 minutes or until they become soft and mushy.
  3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
  4. Once melted, mix the softened apple chunks and melted chocolate in a blender until you achieve a smooth batter.
  5. Transfer the batter into a 6 inches cake ring lined with aluminum foil and allow it to chill for 7-8 hours or overnight for best results.
  6. Once set, dust the mousse with cocoa powder and enjoy!
