VIRAL APPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE
- 4 apples
- 1+ ½ cup dark chocolate (250 grams)
- Begin by peeling and chopping the apples into small chunks.
- Boil these apple chunks for at least 15 minutes or until they become soft and mushy.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
- Once melted, mix the softened apple chunks and melted chocolate in a blender until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter into a 6 inches cake ring lined with aluminum foil and allow it to chill for 7-8 hours or overnight for best results.
- Once set, dust the mousse with cocoa powder and enjoy!
