YOGURT MOUSSE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (175g)
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
Instructions
  1. Add greek yogurt in a bowl. If you don’t have greek yogurt, take 2 cups of curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for 30-40 minutes to get rid of excess water and you will be left with 1 cup of hung curd . You can use this instead of greek yogurt.
  2. Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave.
  3. Once it cools down completely, add melted chocolate over the greek yogurt and whisk it properly till a smooth consistency is achieved.
  4. Take a 4 inch springform tin and line it with parchment paper.
  5. Transfer the mixture in the tin and chill it overnight.
  6. Demould the mousse once properly set.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
