In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, baking powder, cornflour, jaggery powder, and cocoa powder. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.
Now add in the milk and melted butter in the dry ingredients and mix everything together.
Grease your waffle iron with butter or oil and preheat it.
Pour enough batter onto the waffle iron to cover the grids, being careful not to overfill. Close the lid and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
To make the chocolate sauce, melt the chocolate and add oil it in. Whisk it until well combined.
Carefully remove the cooked waffles from the waffle iron and serve them with chocolate sauce and vanilla.
