CHOCOLATE FILLED BUTTER COOKIES
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup icing sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup butter, cold
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Process-
  2. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius and line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. ⁠In a large bowl, combine all purpose flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients well.
  4. ⁠Add cold butter to the dry ingredients. Using your fingers incorporate the butter into the mixture until it resembles a like coarse crumbs.
  5. ⁠Now add milk and vanilla extract and combine everything together.
  6. ⁠Transfer the prepared dough into a piping bag fitted with a basketweave nozzle, as shown in the video.
  7. Pipe the batter onto parchment paper in a rectangular shape. Insert a chocolate bite into the center of the piped batter.
  8. Using your fingers, carefully flip the batter over the chocolate bite, creating a small, enclosed cookie. Refrigerate the cookies for 15-20 minutes.
  9. ⁠Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
