Eggless Mango Mousse
  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • berries and mint to top
  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream until soft peaks form
  2. Using a spatula, carefully fold in the mango puree. Don't over mix.
  3. Transfer to serving glasses and rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Top with berries and mint.
