Mini Chocolate cakes
 
 
Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp milk (warm)
  • ½ cup curd
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. In a bowl , add cocoa powder and add warm milk and curd in it. Mix it well.
  2. Now add oil and sugar in this mixture and combine everything well.
  3. Mix in all the dry ingredients-all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Pour your batter in a piping bag
  5. Now pour out your batter into the pan and cover it with a lid. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame.
  6. Let the lid be on for a while and let the cake cook in the steam for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Drizzle nutella on the chocolate cake and serve warm.
