HEALTHY PANCAKE MIX
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 + ½ cup oats
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup jaggery
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • For preparation
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • ¾ cup buttermilk (3/4 cup milk + ½ tbsp vinegar)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Add the measured oats, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, jaggery powder, baking powder and baking soda in a blender and grind till everything is mixed evenly into a powder form.
  2. The pancake mix is ready.
  3. You can store it in an airtight container for up to 4-6 weeks.
  4. To make one batch, add 1 cup of premix in a bowl and combine it with buttermilk and oil to make a smooth batter.
  5. Cook the pancakes on low heat till nicely cooked on both sides.
