MILK PUDDING BITES
 
 
Ingredients
  • 500ml milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp milk powder
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar & cornflour. Whisk everything together until the cornflour and sugar are fully dissolved.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue to whisk the mixture constantly. Bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook and whisk for about 4-5 minutes or until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the pudding mixture into a greased or lined mould
  5. Allow the pudding bites to cool at room temperature for a bit, then refrigerate them for at least 2 hours or until they are fully set.
  6. Once set, remove the pudding bites from the mold and cut into cubes.
  7. Now coat these milk pudding bites into milk powder and enjoy!
