CHOCOLATE CEREAL AT HOME
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius and line a tray with silicon mat.
  2. In a mixer, add the oats and grind it into fine powder.
  3. In a bowl, add the oats powder, jaggery powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter and milk.
  4. Combine everything together and form a dough. Roll out small balls, line them on a tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
  5. Let them cool for sometime until its crunchy. Pour the milk and enjoy!
  6. Also, you can double this recipe for making a bigger batch and store it in an airtight container for up to one month.
