CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE CHIA PUDDING
- 3 dates
- 1 frozen banana chopped
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- In a blender add dates, frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, oats and cold milk.
- Now blend everything together.
- Transfer this smoothie into a square glass bowl.
- Lastly, add the chia seeds and stir well. Refrigerate it for at least 4 hrs.
- Once the mixture becomes thick, top it up with chopped bananas and cocoa nibs.
- And your healthy dessert is readyy !
