HEALTHY LADDUS
 
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup cashew
  • ¼ cup almond
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp sesame
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¾ cup dates
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
Instructions
  1. In a pan roast cashews, almonds and walnuts for 3-4 mins.
  2. Add other seeds and desiccated coconut and roast for another 2 mins.
  3. Grind them until fine powder.
  4. Now take your dates cut them in half and put it in blender.
  5. Blend until it becomes smooth and pasty.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients and form laddus. ENJOY!
