Chocolate Cake In A Pan
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 + ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup oil
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 + ½ cup flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
Dark chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • ½ cup fresh cream
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add caster sugar, oil, milk and yogurt and give it a good mix.
  2. Into this bowl, place a sieve and sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking
  3. soda. Mix it all properly until there are no large flour pockets left.
  4. Pour the batter into the non-stick pan and cover it with a lid. Cook it over the induction at the
  5. lowest heat possible.
  6. Meanwhile, to prepare the chocolate ganache, chop 1 cup of dark chocolate and put it in a bowl.
  7. Take another, microwave safe bowl and pour the cream in it and heat it properly. Into this add
  8. the chopped chocolate and give it a mix until it becomes a luscious chocolate ganache. Set this
  9. in the fridge to chill.
  10. Once cooked, insert a skewer and check if it is fully cooked. Let it cool properly, demould the
  11. cake and spread the dark chocolate ganache. Enjoy!
