Biscoff Roll French Toast
For Batter
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • ½ cup milk
For Assembling
  • 6 bread slices
  • ⅓ cup lotus biscoff
  • 1 tbsp butter
  1. Start by making the french toast batter. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix milk, fresh cream and custard powder.
  2. Give it a good mix until everything is nicely combined.
  3. Keep it aside.
  4. Cut the edges of all of your bread slices.
  5. Roll the cut slices using a rolling pin to flatten them.
  6. Spread the filling on each of them and roll back tightly.
  7. Dip them in the batter until they coat nicely.
  8. On a hot pan, add butter and toast all the rolls.
  9. Serve with some more melted biscoff butter on top.
