Biscoff Roll French Toast
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- 1 tbsp custard powder
- ½ cup milk
- 6 bread slices
- ⅓ cup lotus biscoff
- 1 tbsp butter
- Start by making the french toast batter. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix milk, fresh cream and custard powder.
- Give it a good mix until everything is nicely combined.
- Keep it aside.
- Cut the edges of all of your bread slices.
- Roll the cut slices using a rolling pin to flatten them.
- Spread the filling on each of them and roll back tightly.
- Dip them in the batter until they coat nicely.
- On a hot pan, add butter and toast all the rolls.
- Serve with some more melted biscoff butter on top.
