double chocolate mug cake
  • ¼ cup maida
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Chocolate chips
  1. In a microwave safe mug/bowl add in the dry ingredients- maida, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. Give this a good mix using a whisk or a fork.
  2. Then add in the wet ingredients- milk, oil and vanilla. Make sure to scrape the bottom and mix everything well.
  3. Top the mug cake batter with chocolate chips and microwave for 90-120 seconds and dig right in!!
