Gluten-free brownies- healthy recipe!
  • ¾ cup jaggery powder
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup ground almonds
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tap salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and line a 4x4inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl beat together the jaggery powder and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to this and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs and beat well.
  5. Fold in the oat flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix until there are no flour pockets.
  6. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  7. Fold half of the chocolate chips into the batter and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  8. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
