Marble Banana Bread- Eggless!
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup castor sugar
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp cup cocoa powder
  • 1 banana (for the top)
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Line a 9" X 4" loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar, until the mixture is fluffy
  3. Mix in the ripe bananas and use a whisk to make sure it is well incorporated.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder to this and mix well.
  5. Beat in the milk.
  6. Divide half of the batter in a separate bowl and cocoa powder.
  7. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf in layers pan and bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes,
