Dark Chocolate Ganache Sauce
  • 2 cups finely chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  1. In a saucepan set over medium heat, bring the cream to a simmer,
  2. Pour the hot cream over chopped chocolate and let it rest for a minute.
  3. Whisk the chocolate cream mixture until everything is combined.
  4. Let it cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes before using it to decorate cakes.
