ICED CHOCOLATE COFFEE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp hot chocolate premix
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • Crushed ice, as required
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • For the Dalgona Coffee Froth
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Start by preparing the dalgona coffee froth. In a bowl, combine instant coffee powder, honey, and water. Using a hand frother or whisk, whip the mixture until it becomes thick, light, and foamy. Set it aside.
  2. To prepare the drink, add the hot chocolate premix and hot water to a serving glass. Stir well until the premix dissolves completely and forms a smooth chocolate mixture.
  3. Fill the glass generously with crushed ice and pour the milk over it.
  4. Finally, spoon the prepared dalgona coffee froth on top of the iced chocolate mixture.
  5. Give everything a good stir before drinking, and enjoy your delicious iced chocolate coffee!
