Strawberry iced chocolate ft. Hot chocolate premix
 
 
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Hot chocolate premix
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 5 + ½ tbsp milk (for layering)
  • ½ cup fresh/frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Add strawberries, sugar, water in a saucepan and cook them on low to medium heat until jammy.
  2. Keep it aside and cool completely
  3. In another saucepan, add milk and hot chocolate premix.
  4. Whisk continuously on medium heat, until it boils
  5. Take a large glass, put strawberry compote in bottom and layer with ice cubes
  6. Add milk on top for layering and then pour your hot chocolate mix on top.
