BISCOFF DOT ICED LATTE
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup milk, chilled
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • Lots of ice cubes
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream, whipped till slightly thick
  • Lots of colourful dot sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Microwave the Biscoff spread for 10-15 seconds to make it a little thin.
  2. Add it to the milk and mix well using a frother.
  3. Add ice cubes to a glass and pour in the milk and Biscoff mix.
  4. Add in the espresso shot.
  5. Whip the cream till it thickens slightly and pour it over the coffee so that it stays on top. Make sure to fill it to the brim without any excess oozing out.
  6. Sprinkle lots of dot sprinkles over the top and serve immediately.
