MANGO POPSICLES IN SHELL
- 2 mangoes
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Cut the mangoes into halves and scoop out the flesh leaving some around the sides and bottom of the peel.
- Add the scooped mango flesh into a blender alongwith the yoghurt and honey.
- Blend everything to a smooth puree.
- Transfer the puree into the prepared mango peel shells. Insert popsicle sticks into them.
- Freeze for 7-8 hours or overnight until completely set.
- Remove the peels from the mango using a peeler.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
