MANGO POPSICLES IN SHELL
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 mangoes
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Cut the mangoes into halves and scoop out the flesh leaving some around the sides and bottom of the peel.
  2. Add the scooped mango flesh into a blender alongwith the yoghurt and honey.
  3. Blend everything to a smooth puree.
  4. Transfer the puree into the prepared mango peel shells. Insert popsicle sticks into them.
  5. Freeze for 7-8 hours or overnight until completely set.
  6. Remove the peels from the mango using a peeler.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
