MANGO GOND KATIRA CHIA PUDDING
- ¾ cup mango chunks
- 1+1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Gond katira, soaked
- Start by soaking 1 tbsp gong katira in 1 cup water and let it soak for 6-8 hours.
- For the chia pudding in a blender jar add mango chunks, milk and honey. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the mango milk In a dish and add chia seeds and 2 tbsp soaked Gond katira.
- Allow the mixture to refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- For serving, transfer it into a glass and top it with more mango chunks and Gond katira.
