CHOCOLATE BISCOFF BARK
 
 
Ingredients
  • 200g salted chips/ 2 boxes of pringles
  • 250g biscoff spread
  • 1+1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • Biscoff biscuits
Instructions
  1. Crush the chips in a bowl and add melted biscoff spread over it.
  2. Coat everything nicely using a spoon till all chips are evenly coated.
  3. Take a baking tray or any plate and spread the biscoff coated chips evenly on it.
  4. Now, melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler or in the microwave at 30 seconds intervals until no lumps remain.
  5. Pour the chocolate over the chips layer and spread evenly too.
  6. Break the biscoff biscuits into pieces and lay randomly on the melted chocolate.
  7. Freeze the whole tray for 2-4 hours or until completely set.
  8. Take it out and break into random barks.
