EGGLESS CREPES
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 + ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Chocolate bars
- In a bowl, add the all purpose flour, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and mix well.
- Remove ¼th of the batter in another bowl and mix in the cocoa powder.
- Now, heat a non-stick pan. Transfer the cocoa batter to a piping bag. Make spirals on the pan with the batter.
- Pour in the other batter and spread it on the pan in a thin layer.
- Once cooked on one side, flip the crepe carefully and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
- Remove on a plate. Fold the opposite sides onto the crepe and place a chocolate bar in the bottom corner. Now fold the crepe and roll into a cylinder.
- Make the rest of the crepes the same way. Serve hot and enjoy.
