CHOCOLATE BISCUIT PUDDING
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 espresso shot (1/4 cup water + 1 tbsp instant coffee powder)
  • 8 digestive biscuits
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add chocolate and milk together. Microwave it for 30 secs until chocolate melts.
  2. Now add cream, cornflour, cocoa powder, sugar and mix it well.
  3. Microwave the mixture for 2 mins, stopping after 30 second intervals and stirring until it becomes thick.
  4. Now in a glass ramekin add 2 digestive biscuits and soak them with espresso shot then pour the chocolate mixture on top of it.
  5. Repeat the process one more time. This makes 2 ramekins.
  6. Refrigerate the pudding for 1-2 hours at least.
  7. Lastly, dust cocoa powder and serve chilled!
