RAGI BROWNIES IN A MICROWAVE
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup(113 g) butter
  • ¼ cup (47g) dark chocolate
  • ⅓ cup dates powder
  • ½ cup milk, warm
  • ½ cup ragi flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
  1. Add butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt in a microwave at 30 seconds intervals.
  2. ⁠Add dates powder and milk to the above mixture and mix well.
  3. ⁠Add in ragi flour , cocoa powder and chocolate chunks .
  4. ⁠Mix everything well to form a smooth lumpfree batter.
  5. ⁠Pour the batter in a greased and lined 5 inch square dish.
  6. ⁠Top it up with some more chocolate callets and microwave for 3 minutes.
  7. ⁠Once baked, cut the brownies in equal square and enjoy.
