PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE CUPS
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 + ¼ cup milk chocolate
  • ½ cup cream
  • 18 digestive biscuits
  • ⅓ cup pistachios
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • To fill
  • 3 tbsp pistachio paste
  • 3 tbsp milk chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add chopped milk chocolate and pour hot cream over it to make the ganache.
  2. Grind together digestive biscuits, pistachios and cocoa powder.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ganache and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Once cool, shape it into smooth balls and coat with finely chopped pistachios.
  6. Place the balls on a tray and make an indent in the centre.
  7. Fill the indent with pistachio paste and with melted milk chocolate.
