Ingredients
  • ½ cup curd
  • ¼tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup butter , melted
  • 6 tbsp jaggery powder
  • ½ tbsp coffee powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 6tbsp ragi flour
  • 6tbsp wholewheat flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 8-10 chopped strawberry
  • ¾ cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Add yogurt and baking soda in a bowl and whisk till it bubbles up.
  2. ⁠Add jaggery powder, coffee infused milk and melted butter to the same bowl and whisk well till homogeneous.
  3. ⁠Lastly, add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder , baking powder and give it a final whisk to form a smooth lump free batter.
  4. ⁠Transfer the batter in a microwave safe dish and microwave at regular heating mode for 7minutes.
  5. ⁠Once done let it cool and top it up with chopped strawberries.
  6. ⁠Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and serve.
