HOT CHOCOLATE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1+ ½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Set a saucepan over low- medium heat and add milk, sugar, cocoa powder and sea salt. Let it heat till everything is dissolved.
  2. ⁠Add in chopped dark chocolate and mix well. Let it come to a boil and make sure all the chocolate is melted.
  3. ⁠Pour the hot chocolate In a mug and garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
