ALMOND CHOCOLATE CUPS
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1+1/4 milk chocolate
  • ½ cup cream
  • 10-12 digestive biscuits
  • ⅓ cup almonds
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • To fill-
  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 3 tbsp milk chocolate
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add chopped milk chocolate and pour hot cream over it to make ganache.
  2. ⁠Grind together digestive biscuits, almonds and cocoa powder.
  3. ⁠Pour the almond mixture in ganache and mix well.
  4. ⁠Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  5. ⁠Once cool, shape it into smooth balls and coat with roasted almonds.
  6. ⁠Place the balls on a tray and make an indent in the centre .
  7. ⁠Fill the indent will caramel sauce and coat with chocolate.
